Concord AllStars is a musical ensemble for young people  age 8 years and upwards. Its aims are to provide education in music, playing brass and percussion instruments and giving  public performance as a musical ensemble.

The ALLSTARS rehearse every Saturday between
10.30am and 12.00noon at :
Croft House, Garden Street,
Sheffield S1 4 BJ (Times and location may differ in the summer months)

The cost is just £10 per month  and includes FREE instruction; loan of instruments, equipment and costumes. (First 4 weeks free of charge).

The ALLSTARS play a combination of brass instruments (trumpets, horns, baritones and tubas) plus snare and bass drums, multi-toms  and cymbals. Keyboard percussion such as xylophones, marimbas and vibraphones form a static ensemble. There is also an auxiliary section for dancers who also use flags and other equipment.
Music and movement are taught by volunteer instructors with a wide range of experience in the marching music field. The group operates an active Child Protection Policy.

Concord ALLSTARS is a part of Concord Music (Charity 519001) – a unit that has been at the forefront of youth marching music since its formation in 1984. Concord is a member of Drum Corps United Kingdom and the British Youth Band Association. Parents are welcome to attend rehearsal with their children and to become involved in support work with the ALLSTARS.
